Changes for v0.1.23

This version was MASSIVE, lots of logic was added and new features implemented!

So, what do we have?

* The game now shows projectile particles for ranged attacks allowing bullets and lasers to travel visibly across the screen

* New ability management screen added (b), allowing the user to purchase and level up abilities for increased effects.

* Day/night Cycles! The game will have cycles of Day and Night, effecting water loss on desert levels. Remember that on Arrakis moving by Night is preferred for survival, unless you don't have a choice. if you find yourself stuck on desert, make sure to have a Survival Tent available for deployment, it will cost you 1 water to pass the day and wait for the night.

* Item rarity now directly boosts weapon damage, granting up to a +50% increase for legendary gear.

* NPC AI improved, from path finding to calling in help and use smarter attack patterns, be ready for tougher fights

* Status Effects! not just energized, from now you will also have Poisoned, Bleeding and Stunned. Try and get a laser weapon or the bloody Crysknife to see them in action!

* All NPCs now have a Faction indicator, those will later be used to track your standing with this faction, for now though, it means allies will join you in fights! 

* Sietch Tabr! a new Sietch location with a more advanced trader and the continuation of the main quest line!

* From now on the game works with more proper "turns" logic, this means investing in Quickness will directly increase the number of actions you can take before other NPCs can move or attack!
